SPOKEN WARRIORS is a charity event curated to enlighten the community on Sickle Cell Anemia and celebrate the impact of true friendship.
Come Have Fun for a Charitable Cause
We will have live music performances, a poetry reading, and an interactive discussion about the impact of sickle cell on our lives. Food will be provided with an open bar. We will also have Black-owned businesses as vendors so come ready to shop. We will have door prizes as well!
About Omini Ewah
Omini Ewah is a native Nigerian-American. A registered nurse and entrepreneur. He Co-Founded Obia Naturals in 2012. Obia Naturals is a natural hair care products company with products featured in Sally’s Beauty Supply, Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, JC Penney’s, and many other retailers. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Texas Women’s University and has an MBA in Marketing from the Hult Internation Business School. He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated and Sickle Cell Warrior who has achieved all of this while managing Sickle Cell.
